Lets start off with just saying service is great here but as for the knowledge of some of their younger staff members I find questionable. I have taken my 12 year old cat here his entire life through them moving and everything, This year my cat was diagnosed with a gum disease that eats away at the teeth and gums and it's so extreme he needs to have roughly almost exactly half of his teeth removed. For the years I've taken him for his exams not ONE time was this checked for until now. Something I pay $400-500 dollars for every visit with my animal. Fast forward to surgery day I asked for a quote for worst case scenario removal of his entire set of teeth and I was quoted $900 at worst, mid surgery I'm given a phone call that the price has increased to $1400 because "we had to pull more teeth than we thought" I'm curious what's more than everything because that's what I was told in person at my appointment? Regardless I pay and everything seems to be going well I come to pick up and I'm waiting up front. During the hand off they dropped my elderly under anesthesia fresh out of surgery cat onto the concrete floor. The amount of DISGUST I have for this place and the team after what I had witnessed directly in my face was unbearable but I did not cause a scene. I was given a cone they swear is to big but I cannot fit it on his head properly it has to be secured by a meager 1inch of Velcro which is easily knocked off by my 25 pound cat..... I notified them and they said it was the right size so I'm basically out of the money I paid for it and have to go buy one myself. Disgusting behavior And when I showed up the bill went up a THIRD time to $1508! Ridiculous.

OMG! The staff here is phenomenal! I have had several dogs over the past 40 years, and have used several different vets during that period. We adopted an Australian Cattle Dog / Keeshond mix about 5 weeks ago and recently took her to the Animal Hospital of Delhi Hills for her first checkup. I have to say, it was the absolute best veterinary experience that I have ever had! After we arrived, they allowed time for her to calm down, and were very gentle and loving with the care that they provided. The entire examination and treatment was completed, with our pup remaining relaxed, calm, and stress free. I am so thankful that they accepted us as a new patient, and look forward to many years of exceptional care. 💓 Sadie is now three years old and the care at the AHDH is still phenomenal!

Do not take your pet here. The staff is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They do not care to actually treat your animals and just want to run the bill up while disrespecting you and your family
