I don't have even have the words to express my gratitude for the Care Center and the team that was working the night I brought my poor kitty Midnight in and he was in very bad shape and I was fearing the worst. Unfortunately I had to make the terrible decision that we should never have to but to have him humanely euthanized. Midnight was suffering from a genetic condition which cause a urinary blockage in his urethra and the resulting build up if toxins is fatal 48 hours. He was in the later stages of kidney failure when we got there. I specifically want to express my gratitude for Dr. Bek. If you are fortunate enough to have he I assure you that you couldn't ask for anyone better to guide go through what's happening with your pet and to make those final moments the very best they can possibly be. I truly don't think that it was possible for anyone to have been more compassionate in those moments. I was able to say goodbye to Midnight, and to see him finally have relief from his suffering and not have to be in pain anymore. I thank God that tbe Care Center is where we ended up. And today I received a card from her in the mail with a hand written. note inside and they even made a little card that says Midnight at the top and then has his paw and nose print on it! Rest assured that you are in the best hands here and no matter what happens they will be with you and your pet every single step of the way! Thank you again for treating Midnight like he matter and was so much more than just a pet, because he absolutely eyes. Rest easy little buddy, I love you and miss you!

Was initially going to a different animal hospital but was told they didn’t have oxygen and they recommended the Care Center. This place is amazing. They treat it as an emergency room for pets. As soon as you walk in the door they check on your animal and ask what’s happening and have a nurse check your animal. While they check your animal they get you checked in and provide updates on the initial findings of your pet and proceed on a plan for diagnosis. Unfortunately my dog didn’t get good news and after some additional tests found the issue. The vet and all the staff were extremely kind and understanding of the situation and explained all the findings and options. We unfortunately had to make the hard choice and lost our beloved pet due to what was found but honestly the staff helped us every step of the way and I can’t say enough how amazing they were! If ever a pet emergency I will be taking them here no questions asked!

We had our lil pup Holly there 3 times in a wk and I will say 1st visit with her I thought yes her pain managed but not alot of time spent 2nd visit Dr Banooni spent alot of time with Holly and us explaining things and what we could do going forward. 3rd visit Dr Rowe (surgeon) he is wonderful explained things to me, went over what we can do, what we should do and most important was upfront and honest about her care, and her prognosis didnt just want the $ if he were a regular vet and not a surgeon I would come to him all the time. Sadly he spent more time with me that vist than my regular vet has ever......We did not have a good prognosis and my sweet Holly did pass away in my arms but they were all very kind so Thank you

Truly, I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful facility. I was referred here after a primary care vet diagnosed my cat's urinary blockage. I was terrified and afraid for my boy. I called them sobbing, walked into the reception area sobbing, and sobbed more in the room. I was truly a mess and the front desk staff to the techs to the Dr were remarkable, understanding, and worked with my financial constraints. They got my boy unblocked in a jiffy, and tolerated him being a total monster at the vet. He haaaaates the vet, but they didn't let that stop them from doing what needed to be done. Because of them, I got to go home with my cat, who I'd had since I could hold him in the palm of one hand, instead of an empty carrier. I live in Dayton area, but if I have the choice, I will always drive to this EC. Though I hope I don't have to any time soon! He's already recovering well and having normal sized urinations, healthy appetite and peppy. I am truly forever grateful. Update several months later: I seriously am forever indebted to these wonderful people. My cat made a full recovery after a few anxiety inducing weeks. He's back to his usual self now, has gained his chonk back, and is all around a happy guy. They saved his life.
