The severe and deadly prognosis of a beloved fur baby is devastating at best. The doctors and support staff at Glenway Animal Hospital are the best I have experienced. The loving care, compassion and expertise supported us through a difficult diagnosis and the unfortunate end of our beloved cat. I cannot find the words to thank them enough, nor recommend them sufficiently. They are a true blessing.

Our dog was having a medical emergency, and the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center specifically instructed us to contact this hospital, along with another nearby facility, because she needed medical attention within 15–30 minutes due to the urgency of the situation. When I called, I was told there was a two-week wait for new patients. I explained that this was an emergency and that our dog needed to be seen immediately, but I was told they did not accept walk-ins. Instead, they suggested driving 30 minutes to MedVet, which was not a feasible option given the circumstances. Needless to say, I would not recommend this office based on our experience. Our regular veterinarian is 45 minutes away, and despite the distance, we’ll continue taking our remaining pets there.

Was not satisfied with the dental for my small dog. My chihuahua is having pain and needs another tooth extracted just a couple months after she got a full dental and teeth extracted at Glenway! They are not dental experts, and the tooth should have been pulled, but now I’m paying even more to have her go under again for a single tooth. If you have dogs with severe teeth issues, don’t take them here.
