Amazing vet clinic!!! It was my first time here and Dr. Russell was phenomenal. Her assistant was just as amazing. I think her name was Angel or Angie. I cannot thank them enough and we have found our permanent vet’s office!!!

I’m incredibly frustrated and baffled by my experience. My dog, Cali, had a run in with a skunk, and to be absolutely safe, I wanted to get her a rabies booster. Since we were looking for a new vet, I called this clinic. They booked an appointment, gave me a time, and even took my credit card for a security deposit. Just five minutes later, they called back and canceled the appointment. They stated that because we were new patients, they couldn’t help us and didn’t want to put their techs at risk. Taking a deposit and confirming a time, only to turn away a new patient moments later, is highly unprofessional.

We felt welcomed, and they seemed like they really care about my pet. I switched to Kyle because it seemed like my other local vet had changed and was more interested in maximizing the bill versus focusing on my pet.
