Our elderly cat, Tito, was having some trouble eating. Our normal vet was booked until the 20th so we went to the place with the next availability, which was day-after. We arrived 5 minutes early, and when we came in, they called us back before we even had a chance to sit down. They sat us and our cat in a cozy, cat-friendly room with treats, scratching posts, toys, and a cat pheromone emitter. We described Tito's symptoms to the very nice and friendly veterinary assistant, and Dr. Lambert saw us within 20 minutes of our arrival. She did preliminary diagnostics for free, and was immediately able to tell us what she thought was wrong, and walked us through her thought process. They were very transparent with pricing, and provided us an estimate for a full-panel diagnostic and treatment plan for about $900. While we waited on blood work, there was a free coffee and snack bar that we could help ourselves to. Tito tested positive for pancreatitis, some other tests pending (outsourced lab testing). Dr Lambert was extremely kind, knowledgeable and informative, and let us know exactly how we should go about treating this. The estimate ended up being spot on, and we didn't even need to ask for an itemized bill, they emailed it straight to us. Whole ordeal only took about 2.5 hours. Absolutely worth the price for the comfortability of the animal, and exceptional service. 5/5

Petvet365 is absolutely outstanding. I walked in Friday morning as soon as they opened with my cat who was in terrible shape and I was a mess. They took him back and decided to treat him for us immediately. They are beyond friendly here and beyond understanding of financial situations and they worked with us the best they could to ensure my sweet boy got treatment. It is now Monday, and after back to back appointments each day my sweet boy is feeling much better because they saved his life. Beyond grateful for this staff, I couldn't recommend a better place to take your fur babies 🫶🏻

My dog has been sick for several days and my husband and I just moved to the area so we didn’t have a vet here yet…I contacted PetVet365 and they worked us in the next day! The staff and doc were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were super helpful, explained everything clearly and even went over pricing beforehand to make sure I was okay with everything! This morning they reached out and asked how my dog was doing. Would highly recommend PetVet365! The interior felt very clean and safe and my dog was the most relaxed he’s been at a vet. Thank you!!!

Edit: 10 months later and we are still strictly petvet365. The care that comes out of this clinic is impeccable. My cats are very very comfortable with Dr Ham and all of the awesome techs here. Just excellent. Nicole and Eric were out of this world amazing with our boys today. They were so respectful of their boundaries and did everything they could to make them as comfortable as possible. we brought our orange kitty to his first ever visit and he was uncomfortable and upset-but they understood exactly what was going on and treated him accordingly. He completely turned around by the end of the visit. He loved the toys and churu treats despite being superrrrr nervous and out of his element. They are also incredibly supportive of financial aspects. Very understanding and respectful. Definitely a mainstay vet office.

The staff here have been wonderful and always so helpful. Sam and Dr. Lambert have truly gone the extra mile. I’d suggest bringing your pets here!
