Every location we have been to in Ky (Lexington, Newport) and Colerain Ohio have been the best vet experiences ever. PetVet staff go above and beyond! This is the way vet visits should have always been. My pets and our family appreciate their care 🩷🩷💙🩷 (photos courtesy of Luna May Shark)

We have a reactive rescue dog and this clinic goes above and beyond to accommodate for that. It can be super stressful at times but the staff at PetVet are so understanding and kind! They treat my dog like their own and I cannot recommend them enough!

We had an emergency situation with our dog and our regular vet wasn't available. I called PetVet365 and they were wonderful! Even though they were very busy, they agreed to see our dog if we brought her right away. Everyone at the office was so kind and Dr. Kinder was amazing. Definitely recommend PetVet365!

I am very thankful for PetVet365 on Coleraine. My cat has been struggling to consistently eat, drink, and use the litterbox for the last two weeks. She had a particularly bad day on Sunday when my regular vet was closed. The staff at petvet365 were kind to squeeze me into their busy schedule. From the start, I felt that they were transparent and actively listening to my concerns. They were kind in their treatment, upfront about any costs, and understood when I pushed back against select treatment. I honestly couldn't recommend them more. Everything was done with my cat was with my permission and super vision. It made me feel at ease. Thank you petvet365!
