*Since the company (owner) deleted my review* I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at PetVet365. I drove nearly an hour in traffic from Hamilton, to be charged for an exam without being informed of not being able to get a wellness plan enrolled again - That is because of Alisha. Apparently, my mom previously had MY dog under her wellness plan along with her other pets, and there was an unpaid balance tied to that account of services she did not use. No one or (Alisha) explained this to me before the visit or at check-in. Because of this, I was told my dog is now unable to enroll in a wellness plan under MY name. This is something that should have been clearly communicated upfront, especially before charging me for services. At that I cancelled her appointment she had with a previous pet to take her here. Had I known about this situation, I would have stayed with my previous veterinary provider instead of wasting my time, gas, and money. I did not get anything out of this appt!! The only thing I got out of this was paying them their $70 exam fee. I feel as if I should have compensated.. atleast anything. It's not like I communicated very well with my mother & she did not inform me this neither did Alisha (front desk associate) Very disappointing. Please do not come here. The fact that the owner of this location deleted my review tells you a lot. This is an updated review after seeking a second opinion at Banfield in Mason. After my visit to Banfield, I realized how different the experience could be. At Banfield, I wasn’t pressured into anything, and the doctor gave honest, practical advice starting with medication first and monitoring my dog before jumping into X-rays or more expensive treatments. They even suggested holding off on a wellness plan until we better understand what’s going on. Compared to this vet, I had a very different experience. I felt pushed toward costly procedures right away, including sedation and X-rays that were quoted at around $900 with medication. Which felt overwhelming, especially without trying OTHER options. Because of the cost, I initially considered a wellness plan just to make payments.. then I had the issue wellness plan unfortunately not being to sign up.. & getting my time wasted. But to be fair, one positive thing I can say is that they are very patient as in getting to know your pet & hearing what is wrong.. they make an effort to squeeze pets in regardless of what’s going on, which I do appreciate. However, the overall experience is pressuring on selling services rather than offering flexible, step by step care options..

I brought my cat in for an illness. The vet was able to get him in earlier than expected! Everyone was kind and my cat was purring the whole time. He immediately felt at ease and was wandering around the room looking at all the toys they had. The doctor’s were able to keep me at ease by explaining all the medication my cat was taking and why he was receiving it. My cat needed a shot and they gave him a lockable treat to keep him distracted. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! I’ll definitely be bringing him here for future visits. The price was also very reasonable!

Dr. Kyra is amazing! I feel like she listens to my concerns, she explains what could be happening in my dog's body, then gives me time to digest the new information and understand the plan and ask my questions before just doing it. I love this veterinary practice!
