My aging cat has been in and out of the office for vomiting. I was able to get her the medical care she needs without the concern that the cost of care could exceed my family's comfort zone. Dr. Coyle and staff are thorough and compassionate.

I brought my 13 year old cat Morris in for a check up.Morris is a full time house cat who originally was a feral cat.Dr Ward took the time to get the background on Morris and fully check him out.The ladies on staff were very professional and made Morris and me relax!All tests were performed quickly and samples taken very efficiently.Dr Ward got back to me to explain the results very quickly and in a manner I could understand.Its great to have a dedicated staff at Pleasant RIdge Animal Hospital I can trust my best friends will get the best care Michael Ryan Kenwood 6/2/2026 I continue to receive 5 Star treatment from Dr Ward and her fine staff. This time on May 26,2026,I took one of Morris`brothers Max in for a check up and a specific upper respiratory problem.Max was nervous and a little restless for a 14 year old cat but that was no problem for Dr Ward and her staff. Max calmed down almost immediately and Dr Ward after a thorough exam and a few tests determined the respiratory diagnosis and course of action. As of today Max has stopped sneezing and appears to be much better.Again as I stated before its great to live in area where I have access to such a great facility with an understanding staff who epitomize the word Professionals! Caring staff, wonderful diagnosticians as vets. Both personally and with rescue, I have always had a pleasant experience here, and it is locally owned. They take their time with their clients and explain treatment plans thoroughly. The front desk staff is also always pleasant.
