I used to really like this practice and brought my cat here when she was just a kitten. Unfortunately, my experience has changed over the years. It feels like it's become more about adding charges than providing personalized care. I rarely get to actually see or speak with the veterinarian anymore, and I've been almost billed for services without feeling like they were fully discussed with me beforehand. I understand veterinary care is expensive, but communication and transparency matter. If you're looking for a clinic where you can spend time with the veterinarian and be part of the decision-making process, I'd consider exploring other options.

Dr. Foster is super nice too! Ms. Kim, Autumn and Dr. Polis were very nice in helping checkup an abandoned kitty. Gave me detailed discharge notes. Nice and friendly people and they have cats that work the front desk too

We have been patients of this practice for over 3 years, both my dogs were Spayed here. We have always bought their immunizations and flea meds thru their website because we want to give them the business over a big chain. My dogs contracted something from being boarded. Took the first dog to an ER on a Sunday, all tests were negative and IV fluids fixed her severe weakness. Then my second dog started having diarrhea and after one day she was too weak to stand. I requested to bring her in for IV fluids alone, but they were too busy and short staffed to see us, we ended up in the ER again and she is better with just IV fluids. Took the vet tech couple minutes and 30 minutes of infusion later she’s doing great. I am a physician myself. If my patient is sick, they get worked in, as long as I’m in the office. Their excuse was being too busy and short staffed, I would never turn MY patient away no matter how short staffed I was, especially when they need me the most!
